Amazing that the New York Times is colluding with the oil industry. I won’t belabor the key point I want to make here with a necessary diatribe on the death of the non partisan press… instead, let me just focus on this most recent spat of madness in the energy game.

Amazing that the New York Times is colluding with the oil industry. I won’t belabor the key point I want to make here with a necessary diatribe on the death of the non partisan press… instead, let me just focus on this most recent spat of madness in the energy game.

This article quoting the oil industry blaming the recent enthusiasm around biofuels for CAUSING the rise in gas prices at the pump is startling. Are you kidding me… what this really means is that the oil industry is threatening governments and the FREE market by holding the construction of additional refining capacity and justifying the pump price hike on “uneasiness in the market due to large scale government funding of biodiesels.”

Yeah I bet they are uneasy… cause the real truth might be…

“Oh my God - if people learn how to make biodiesel… then they won’t need us - we won’t be the concentraters of wealth nor will we have dominion over the world through price and availability controls over the haves and have nots in our world.”

“WHAT? The plebeians will have energy independence!!!! Stop the presses … call the New York Times we have to get this controlled now…”

My momma told me that the best way to deal with a bully was to be a bully back. She promised that as soon as I stood up and yelled back or launched an equally aggressive threat, that the bully would cower and usually shirk off.

So - to the oil company bullies that are threatening us with gluttonous price gouging at the pump or withholding the construction of refining capacity …. if we even start thinking about liberating ourselves from them….

I say, “We are going to make biodiesel for everyone at a reasonable price and better yet we are going to teach the bottom of the pyramid how to make it for themselves in their own backyards.”

Then we don’t have to worry about who has the oil and who doesn’t, then we don’t have to worry about the price at the pump, and we won’t even have to care whether they build another refinery or not.

Give me french fry oil and give me liberty!!!
